Florida Gateway Regional Center (FGRC) is an independent, for profit Regional Center entity that was formed in April 2011, for the purposes of promoting growth and development in the economically depressed counties of North Florida. FGRC received its approval from the USCIS designating it as an active Regional Center on November 25th, 2013.

 

FGRC is a unique regional center because it places investor monies into projects and businesses that are under our own control. This ensures that the funds and the jobs they create are meeting the standards set by the USCIS. Current projects for EB-5 investors are located in Hamilton County, Florida (see Projects).

 

FGRC's office is located in Maitland, FL. Our office is one of a kind, unlike any other Regional Center. Our office hosts an in house attorney/counsel, accountant, urban planner and architect, web developer, investment director, and more.
