Raj Doobay is the founder and CEO of Florida Gateway Regional Center. Mr. Doobay has owned and operated businesses within the United States and Canada for over a decade and has spent the past five years running Florida Gateway Resort and sister companies, Florida Gateway Real Estate Investments and Florida Gateway Communities in Hamilton County, Florida.
JON CARLEEN
DIRECTOR
Recognized as a leading planner in the industry, Mr. Carleen has over 20 years experience in land planning, urban design and landscape architecture. As a Director, Jon is responsible for overseeing the design and development aspects of all of the Regional Center projects. Areas of expertise include; master planning, mixed-use development and new urbanism.
BRIANNE CIRONE
INVESTMENT DIRECTOR
Upon completing a Bachelors Degree from East Tennessee State, Ms.Cirone began working for Florida Gateway as an office administrator in 2010. In 2013, Ms. Cirone became Florida Gateway's Investment Director, and is an active investor in the company.
ZAREEFA ESCUERDO
IMMIGRATION LAWYER
Zareefa Escudero is a Florida based attorney who has been practicing criminal, business and immigration law since 1998. She is a member of the Florida Bar, and the Federal Southern District of Florida Courts, as well as a member of the AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association). She has successfully litigated immigration cases before the federal courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the USCIS. She maintains an office in both Fort Lauderdale and Orlando, and her staff offers services in English and Spanish.
